| 123 MULTIMEDIA BECOMES INDEX MULTIMEDIA |

123 Multimedia’s board of directors met on December 14, 2005, under the presidency of Miss Yoshimi Ogawa, and approved 123 Multimedia’s company name change to “Index Multimedia”.
The new designation confirms 123 Multimedia’s standing as one of the spearheads of the Index Group’s international development.
The “multimedia” name is a synthesis of all of the Index Group’s business fields: customized downloads of mobile phone content including ringtones, images, games, voice-mail messages, video content, ring back tones, interactive jokes, video ringtones, video voice-mail messages, information services (horoscope, sports results, weather forecasts, etc.), community sites (chat, dating) and quizzes.
Moreover, the Index name is more easily adapted to international environments than 123, which changes with reference to each country’s language ("eins, zwei, drei", "ichi, ni, san", "un, dos, tres"…).
The company name change does not apply to existing commercial brands.
A new logo will be introduced in early 2006. |

| INDEX INCREASES ITS CAPITAL HOLDINGS IN 123 MULTIMEDIA |

On December 15th 2005, Index Intercontinental Holdings Ltd acquired the 123 Multimedia shares held by Patrick Abadie and his wife via the G5 Holding Company. These 1,680,599 shares have been acquired by Index Intercontinental Holdings Ltd for a total amount of forty two million, fourteen thousand, nine hundred and seventy five euros (42,014,975 €).
Index Intercontinental Holdings Ltd’s total capital holdings in 123 Multimedia are currently 70.15%.
This capital increase in 123 Multimedia confirms 123 Multimedia standing as one of the spearheads of Index’s international development, relying on its know-how and technological competencies. |
